Job summary
Granite Construction seeks an ERP Solutions Lead to drive delivery for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and related modules. You will balance leadership with hands-on technical work, guiding the ERP roadmap, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring secure, well-governed solutions aligned to business priorities.
You will lead a team, manage delivery risk, and continually improve processes, data usage, and automation while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships across finance, procurement, and project
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.
- PMI CAPM or PMP certification required.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the ERP team with prioritization, coaching, and delivery accountability.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and related apps.
- Translate priorities into actionable delivery plans with dependencies and risks.
- Deliver ERP solutions across finance, procurement, project costing, and related modules.
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and change activities for adoption and transition.
- Apply governance, security, and controls to improve quality and risk management.
- Use measures to inform decisions and identify opportunities for modernization.
