Job Description:

As a next phase of ERP Consolidation Roadmap project. This phase is to setup the next phase of ERP Transformation Readoness.

Provide Oracle JDE functional expertise.

Facilitate process workshops, provide insight on ERP process standard practices.

Functional Areas include OTC, PTP, RTR, SCM, Mfg.

Support Client with the documentation of an RFP aiming to select an ERP integration partner for the ERP transformation program.

Finalize project deliverables for handover.

Role Overview

The JD Edwards Solution Architect will lead ERP transformation initiatives by leveraging deep functional expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. This role involves conducting process workshops, identifying gaps, and defining best practices across core ERP processes and help to create a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) for client to facilitate competitive bidding. The architect will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Process Workshops & Analysis

Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to capture current-state processes.

Analyze and document business requirements for Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Manufacturing (Mfg.).

ERP Best Practices & Gap Identification

Provide insights on JD Edwards ERP standard practices and benchmarks.

Identify process gaps and propose solutions aligned with JDE capabilities.

Develop functional and technical solution designs for JDE assuming that the baseline implementation exists for new companies to be onboarded.

Ensure scalability, compliance, and integration with other enterprise systems.

RFP Development

Help to facilitate creation of an RFP document for client outlining scope, functional specifications, and technical requirements.

Include evaluation criteria, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

Integration & Technical Expertise

Design integration patterns for JDE with third-party systems.

Ensure seamless data flow across modules and external applications.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

Prepare detailed functional specifications, test plans, and training materials.

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for implementation and support teams.
