Job summary

MDS Staffing seeks a JD Edwards Financials Analyst to optimize JD Edwards, strengthen financial processes, and enhance data integrity. You will partner with business stakeholders, translate objectives into practical JD Edwards solutions, and deliver high‑quality outcomes across finance functions.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in JD Edwards, strong communication, and a track record of successful ERP projects in a global manufacturing environment. On-site role with relocation support in the USA.

Qualifications

4+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards platform, specifically in accounting or finance.
Experience with JDE configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools.
Problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and turn them into clear, actionable solutions.
Know the business: GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting, and daily accounting ops.
Drive process improvement and measure KPIs to maximize JDE value.
Design JDE solutions with ERP development teams to address business needs.
Provide hands-on support and training to drive adoption of new JD Edwards functionality.
Lead JDE projects from requirements through implementation, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
