Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a JD Edwards Financials Business Systems Analyst to optimize and enhance JD Edwards to support evolving financial needs. The role partners with business stakeholders and translates strategic objectives into effective JD Edwards solutions, with focus on accounting, finance, and process improvement.

Located on-site in Doylestown, PA, you will drive process improvements, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the JD Edwards platform, specifically in accounting/finance.
• Ability to work with a global team and communicate across functions and locations.
• Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented with a focus on quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into JD Edwards solutions.
• Know the business: GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting, and daily accounting ops.
• Drive process improvement and measure results with KPIs.
• Design JD Edwards solutions with ERP development team to meet business objectives.
• Provide user support and training to drive adoption of JD Edwards features.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation.
• Maintain documentation and data quality; stay current with JD Edwards releases and best practices.
• Support security, compliance, and change management within JD Edwards.
