Briggs Industrial Solutions in the Tampa area is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team. You will build strong customer relationships, manage budgets, and ensure safety standards are met across service operations.

You will coach technicians, coordinate with Sales for growth opportunities, and champion a Safety First culture while overseeing vehicles and equipment on site.

Competenze

• Must have prior leadership experience.
• Forklift repair or related industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

What You’ll Do

• Build lasting customer relationships through regular visits, clear communication, and thoughtful problem-solving while partnering with Sales to identify opportunities for growth.
• Champion a Safety First culture, oversee service vehicles and equipment, and ensure the team follows company standards, safety procedures, and operational best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous leadership experience and at least 2 years in forklift repair or a related industry are a plus.
• Strong leadership and business skills, with the ability to coach others, manage financial performance, solve problems, and bring out the best in your team.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to make sound, thoughtful decisions.
• A hands-on, safety-minded approach to leadership and the ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
