Job summary

Tradeweb Markets is seeking a software engineering intern to join our Infrastructure teams. You’ll help build and modernize core Java services and gain exposure to distributed real-time systems on a global electronic trading platform.

You’ll work with technologists and business experts in a hands-on program combining classroom learning with project-based work, guided by mentors across the organization. AI exploration and scalable designs are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergrad or master's in computer science, computer engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of modern languages: C, C++, Java, Python.
• Background or interest in building large-scale, real-time distributed applications.
• Willing to own projects and work independently or in small teams.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Java; understanding SQL/relational databases.
• Exposure to AI through coursework or projects.
