Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in C++ on Linux.
• Proficiency in Python on Linux.

• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment, deploying new software daily.
• Passion for solving complex problems and learning to build optimal solutions from scratch.
• Interest in hardware, networking, OS design to produce high-performance software.

Responsibilities

• 10-week software engineering internship with our technology team designing, coding, testing, and maintaining our distributed trading system and world-class infrastructure.
• Work side by side with experienced software engineers and receive mentoring from a dedicated mentor.
• Internship program is a pathway to earning full-time opportunities at Jump.
• Contribute to production code and gain experience with our full-cycle development and release process using Agile methodologies.
• Apply programming and analysis skills to our real-time, high-performance trading platform and related infrastructure.
