Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Java Software Engineer III within the Commercial Real Estate Technology Group. You will join an agile team to design, develop, and troubleshoot software components for state‑of‑the‑art technology products in a secure, scalable environment.

The role requires strong Java, Python, and ReactJS experience, plus Spring Boot, REST services, and microservices knowledge. You will leverage AI-assisted tooling to improve code quality and delivery while ensuring secure coding

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Hands-on experience with Java, Python, ReactJS, Spring Boot and REST/microservices.

Responsibilities

Executes software solutions and develops components with attention to design and problem-solving.
Produces secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms with proper reviews and tests.
Uses AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity, with secure coding standards.
Gathers, analyzes, and visualizes data to drive software improvements.
Supports SDLC tooling and DevOps practices to enhance automation and reliability.
Contributes to architectural artifacts and ensures design constraints are met by code.
