Job summary

Infosys Limited, a global leader in technology services, seeks a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute across the full SDLC, focusing on Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices. The role involves design discussions, coding, code reviews, and ensuring software quality through robust test strategies.

You will work on web applications with modern architectures, integrate RESTful services and messaging, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Java/J2EE knowledge with Spring boot and microservices.
• Experience building and supporting modern web applications.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and messaging (Kafka).
• DB SQL/NoSQL knowledge (Oracle/MongoDB preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD and enterprise app deployment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into existing applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks.
