Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Java Application Support Engineer to deliver L2/L3 production support for enterprise Java applications. You will monitor health, troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and support releases to ensure high availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring, and microservices architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning abilities.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Tomcat/JBoss/WebSphere and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based enterprise applications and APIs.
• Monitor performance, availability, and health using observability tools.
• Investigate production incidents and perform RCA to prevent recurrence.
• Support releases, environment management, and post-release validation.
• Analyze logs, thread and heap dumps to diagnose complex issues.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, DBA, Cloud, and Business teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and drive automation to improve efficiency.
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
