Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Technical Analyst to support Business Units by resolving issues related to Enterprise Applications developed in Java/J2EE. You will act as a liaison between the system and end customers, analyzing issues and developing technical solutions.

Responsibilities include providing multi-technology issue resolution, proposing system changes, and documenting test cases to assist development teams.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze Java/J2EE applications and resolve problems.
• Experience using AI coding assistants for code generation, debugging, and optimization.
• Proficient in extracting data from databases with SQL queries for analysis, testing and verification.
• Familiar with testing processes to create and document test cases.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for software, hardware, and operating system issues, including researching, testing, and communicating potential solutions for clients.
• Understand the process of escalating issues to the next level of support as appropriate.
• Propose changes to system impacts and suggest alternatives, including changes to processes, applications, file layouts, and web services.
