Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Software Engineer 4 to lead AI test engineering for React and Java web applications in a regulated enterprise IAM environment. You will drive quality strategies, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration across multiple distributed teams.

The role emphasizes AI/ML validation, testing of REST APIs, and secure software practices while collaborating with product and engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, military experience, training, or education.
• 5+ years of software testing experience supporting enterprise web applications.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and document software solutions supporting IAM and enterprise automation initiatives.
• Define and measure quality metrics focused on model accuracy, fairness, explainability, robustness, performance, security.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for enterprise web applications and AI/ML workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure testing coverage and quality.
