Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Technical Analyst to support Business Units by resolving issues around Enterprise Applications developed in Java/J2EE. You will act as a liaison between the system and end customers, analyze issues, and develop technical solutions to improve service delivery.

The role involves troubleshooting software/hardware/OS issues, proposing system changes, and working with testing processes to ensure quality. Strong communication with clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze Java/J2EE applications and resolve problems.
• Hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants for code generation, debugging, and optimization.
• Ability to extract data from databases with complex SQL queries.
• Familiar with testing processes and documenting test cases.
• Good communication skills with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for software, hardware, and operating system issues, including researching, testing, and communicating potential solutions for clients.
• Propose changes to system impacts and suggest alternatives. This may include changes to current processes, applications, file layouts, and web services.
