Dev Technology Group is seeking a Java Developer to support a federal government IAM project, focusing on planning and implementing MFA for web applications. This role requires strong IAM knowledge and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment.

The position is hybrid in Tysons Corner, VA, with citizenship and clearance requirements for federal work. Compensation aligns with market rates for this government-facing IAM role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environment OR No Bachelor’s Degree with seven (7) or more years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environment.
• Experience with identity and access management and single sign-on, preferably with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Project experience developing and integrating user authentication workflow with web-based applications, e.g. Spring security.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) plus active listening to collaborate with a large cross-functional team.
• Software delivery using Agile Scrum or Kanban via Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design, and prototype the implementation of secure user authentication mechanisms for web-based applications.
• Deliver MFA solution leveraging IdP options.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Development Lead, and incumbent team members.
• Support integration with enterprise IAM ecosystems and customer IdP solutions.
