Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Plano, TX team for a 6-month contract. The role requires strong end-to-end web app development, Agile delivery, CI/CD, TDD, and cloud-native engineering.

You'll design, build, test, deploy, and maintain secure, resilient software, collaborating across analysis, development, testing, deployment, and operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#).

• Experience with CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, resiliency, and security controls.
• Demonstrated capability in business analysis, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Experience level: Intermediate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with a major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and tooling.
