Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Java Developer with IES experience for a 12+ month contract on a US remote engagement. You will perform Java coding for web applications, write complex SQLs, and conduct root-cause analysis as part of a cross-functional delivery team.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Java/J2EE, JSP, and Microservices, with Cloud exposure and IBM WebSphere 8.0. DB2/Oracle SQL skills are required. This W2 contract includes benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years development experience in Java 6.0 and J2EE components (JSP, Custom Tag libraries, JavaScript, Session EJBs, JDBC).
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.0 in SuSE Linux 11 (VMware) is a plus.
• Relational DB skills with SQL in DB2/Oracle; web services development.

Position type: Full-time Contract (w2)

Role: Java Developer with IES

Duration: 12+ months Contract

Location : US Remote Work

Sr Java Developer with IES experience. These individuals will be performing java coding/development for web applications, writing complex SQLs and root cause research & analysis.

Must have Required Skills: Java Developer, Public Sector, IES – Integrated Eligibility System, SQL, J2EE, Microservices, Cloud, JSP

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 8+ years of development experience in Java 6.0 and J2EE application components including JSP, Custom Tag libraries, JavaScript, Session EJBs, JDBC, etc.


• Skills using a Java Integrated Development Environment (IDE) such as RAD 7.5 or above


• Object Oriented analysis and design using Singleton, Factory and DAO design patterns


• Understanding of MVC architecture


• Experience in Batch Job and webservices development


• Experience with IBM Websphere Application Server 8.0. Experience with WAS 8.0 running in SuSe Linux 11 environment (VMware) is a plus


• Experience with relational databases and writing SQL statements in DB2 and Oracle


• Good communication skill is a plus


• Having prior Integrated Eligibility Systems will be added advantage

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range*: $50 - $53/- per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
