Job summary

EY is seeking an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery Center in the United States, overseeing design, build, test, deployment and support of technology solutions for clients in a fast‑paced environment.

You will partner with engagement teams, apply agile practices, and guide cross‑functional groups while traveling up to 50% to ensure reliable, scalable software delivery. A strong background in full‑stack development and cloud‑native architectures is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in technology software development.
• Back‑end experience using modern technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Front‑end development with modern frameworks (React, Angular) or responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience building applications/platforms with cloud‑native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS and container deployment.
• Experience with modern collaborative development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques.
• Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology.
• Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
• Design and architecture of large, business‑critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement teams by analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying distributed software applications.
• Deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
• Communicate progress to client engagement teams and demonstrate technical expertise.
