Job summary

EY is seeking an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery Center in the United States. You will design, build, test, deploy, and support technology solutions for clients as part of a fast-paced project team.

In this role, you will analyze requirements, deliver reliable systems, and communicate progress to client teams. A strong background in full-stack development, agile delivery, and cloud-native architectures is essential, with up to 50% travel where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in technology software development.
• Back-end experience using Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Front-end development with modern frameworks (React, Angular) or responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience building applications/platforms with cloud-native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS and container deployment.
• Experience with modern collaborative development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques.
• Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology.
• Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
• Design and architecture of large, business-critical systems.
