Job summary

Feedzai is seeking a Professional Software Engineer in the Customer Success Department to serve as a technical consultant for clients, guiding integration and performance management strategies using SQL, NoSQL, and cloud environments. You will design and implement custom Java interfaces, web service integrations, and bespoke extensions for the Fraud Analysis platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and/or Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of work experience in Java software development.
• Experience with distributed messaging and cloud environments is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience with Zookeeper, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, Ansible, Docker and databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to define technical requirements and architectural approaches for custom integrations.
• Develop high-quality Java code for custom extensions and complex integrations when configurations do not meet needs.
• Diagnose performance and integration challenges, providing code-level solutions for stability.
• Bridge client business goals with technical execution and scalable software solutions.
• Mentor teammates and promote engineering best practices in consulting context.
