Job summary

IFS is seeking an experienced Data Engineer - Java to design and implement integrations between our customer support platform and SAP systems, enabling robust data flow for helpdesk, CRM, and content management capabilities.

You will build SAP connectors, REST/OData APIs, and inbound/outbound integration patterns, ensure real-time data synchronization, and document data flows and API specifications for internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP integration experience and data engineering.
• Strong Java, Python, or Node.js for API development.
• Experience with SAP Service Cloud, SAP CRM, and SAP CX suite.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, or Dell Boomi.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP integrations across Helpdesk, CRM, and Content Management.
• Build APIs and connectors to pull data from SAP Service Cloud, SAP CRM, and related modules.
• Implement real-time data synchronization and robust error handling.
