Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Java development experience.
• Hands-on with Java-based APIs (GraphQL/OpenAPI/gRPC) and microservices using Spring Boot and AWS.
• Experience with streaming technologies like Kafka and designing scalable, high-performance applications.
• Proficient in SQL, stored procedures, data warehousing concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and design skills for distributed, highly available systems.
• Experience in TDD/BDD and collaborating with QA.
• Active in Agile ceremonies and working with distributed teams.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities; peer reviews and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end SDLC on high-impact Madison projects, from conception to maintenance.
• Align IB Tech & CRM/Analytics goals, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Mentor and collaborate with engineers across time zones to set standards.
• Write readable, testable, and maintainable code; drive technology innovation.
