Role Overview

We are seeking a developer with over five years of hands-on software development experience for the development of an Online Banking application and a java-based backend system. The role requires involvement in technical triages and proficiency in resolving issues by partnering with other team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience developing web applications using J2EE technologies and frameworks like Spring.
• Familiarity with Splunk, Toad, and SOAP UI tools.
• Good interpersonal communication skills for technical and business conversations.
• Good analytical skills to break down requirements and solve complex problems.
• Primary skill in Groovy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on high-volume applications.
• Experience in server-side frameworks like Spring MVC.
• Experience building restful web services.
• Experience in performance tuning with a good understanding of JVM internals.
• Background in mathematics or statistics.
• Proven task management and leadership skills.
