Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Experience with Java in an IBM environment using an Eclipse-based IDE.
• Experience with OpenText Exstream Cloud Native, Cobol and DB2 for z/OS.
• 84 months of IBM DB2 for z/OS experience.
• 84 months installing, configuring, patching, testing Open Text Exstream software and architecting the design of complex business applications.

Duties

• Production support of existing applications
• Analysis, design, coding, and unit/integration testing
• Create and update program specification and detail design documentation
• Application performance tuning
• Mentor junior programmers
• Application development for modernization effort

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience (15+ Years)
• Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.

Requirements

• This is an 100% Onsite
• 72 months of experience with Java programming in an IBM environment development using an eclipse based IDE.
• 84 months of experience developing tax processing systems in a federal, state or municipal agency.
• 84 months installing, configuring, patching, testing Open Text Exstream software and architecting the design of complex business applications.
• 84 months of IBM Mainframe COBOL programming experience.
• 84 months of IBM DB2 for z/OS experience.
