Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of PLC programming and industrial automation experience.
• Proficiency with Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Omron PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control layouts.
• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems.
• Program PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Support installation, commissioning, and startup of automation equipment.
• Collaborate with Japanese-speaking teams to translate requirements.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers.
• Ensure safety standards and industry regulations compliance.
