memoryBlue is seeking a Sales Development Representative who is fluent in Japanese and English to drive outbound prospecting and new business opportunities. This remote role supports clients across Asia and engages prospects via calls, email, and social media to book meetings for our clients.

As part of the Delivery team, you will work with senior sales professionals to develop pipeline, manage accounts, and hit daily and monthly targets while benefiting from memoryBlue's growth-focused culture

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• B2B sales experience.
• Curiosity, accountability, conscientiousness and resilience.
• Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
• IT proficient and comfortable with data.
• Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Place between 50-70 outbound calls to set appointments for clients.
• Account management and maintaining client relationships.
• Aim to hit daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation goals.
• Prospect using LinkedIn, Discover.org, and other data sources.
• Use email and social media to book meetings with qualified prospects.
