Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree plus 1 year of instructional experience. Will consider 2-year degree with significant relevant teaching experience.
• Relevant certifications are a plus, but no certifications are required for this position.
• Instructors need good organizational skills in the preparation and delivery of instructional materials, management of timecard entries, and timely response to requests for information and required actions via email.

Responsibilities

• Teach non-credit Japanese language courses for varying levels.
• Meet minimum course load: minimum of one course per semester and total of at least three courses per year.
• Courses may include JLPT N1 preparation and weekdays courses depending on demand.
