Job summary

A major Japanese logistic company in Compton, California seeks a Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to develop and maintain its in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will backfill a growing backlog, improve development speed, and later expand to other internal systems like the International Small Parcel system.

Responsibilities include building WMS features, API integrations, and UI components, plus bug fixes, design work, and collaboration with warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in web system development.
• Hands-on development using Node.js and React.
• Experience with database design and queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain WMS core functionalities and API integrations.
• Conduct design, coding, and unit/integration testing.
• Gather requirements from warehouse staff and translate into system specs.
• Provide bug fixes and operational support.
• Propose architectural improvements for future features.
