Job summary

Pasona Inc. is building an in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) to optimize warehouse operations.

This role targets addressing a growing backlog, accelerating development speed, and improving system quality, with future expansion to other core internal logistics systems. You will join a lean, agile software team, collaborating with warehouse staff and stakeholders to design, implement, and test features, APIs, and UI components while ensuring robust database handling and operational

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional web system development experience.
• Hands-on Node.js and React development experience.
• RDBMS design and query experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Team development experience using Git or similar version control tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Develop, operate, and enhance an in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS). Initially, this role will focus on addressing a growing development backlog while improving development speed and system quality. Responsibilities will later expand to other core internal logistics systems.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools or LLM APIs (Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
• Automation/workflow tools such as n8n.
• AWS, GCP, or Azure experience.
• Japanese language ability.
