Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a software developer to build and operate an in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) in Compton, CA. You will address backlog while improving speed and quality, then expand to other internal logistics tools.

You will contribute to UI components, API integrations, and database tasks, working closely with a five-member software team. Experience in Node.js and React is required, with a strong focus on testing and operational support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional web system development experience.
• Hands-on Node.js and React development experience.
• RDB design and querying with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git or similar version control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WMS functionality, UI components, and API integrations.
• Design, implement, and test features with unit/integration tests.
• Gather requirements from warehouse staff and translate into system improvements.
• Provide operational support and fix bugs, including database tasks.
• Propose architectural and technology improvements for future development.
• Collaborate within a five-member software development team.
