Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business is required.
• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Basic knowledge in Japanese or another language is a plus.
• Previous experience in the HVAC field is preferred, but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Research for new prospects and build lasting long‑term relationships with HVAC manufacturers’ representatives, contractors and end users.
• Follow up on leads and discuss different applicable solutions with customers or representatives.
• Perform a thorough analysis of the experienced moisture issue together with the customer or representative.
• Generate technical offers and effectively negotiate and close contracts.
• Specify units for production and follow up on scheduled deliveries.
• Be well organized with a focus on detail.
• Travel will be determined on an as needed basis and may require overnight stays.
