Humina Resource is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual IT Sales Consultant to join our team in Torrance, CA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on understanding clients' business challenges and proposing practical IT solutions, with phone outreach and client visits to manage the full engagement process.

No prior IT or marketing experience is required; entry-level candidates who enjoy speaking with people and proactively presenting solutions are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong Japanese and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in client-facing work, IT solutions, and business development.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and proactively making proposals.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Japanese-English bilingual IT Consultant to join our growing team. This client-facing role focuses on understanding clients' business challenges and proposing practical IT solutions that combine technology and creative ideas.

You will build client relationships through phone outreach and client visits, and support the full client engagement process—from initial planning and proposal development through follow-up and aftercare.

No prior IT or marketing experience is required. We welcome entry-level candidates who enjoy speaking with people, are curious and motivated to learn, and are eager to proactively introduce solutions and services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM


• Weekends and holidays off


• Three-month introductory period


• Immediate start preferred; flexible based on availability

Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
