Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Strong Japanese and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in client-facing work, IT solutions, and business development.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and proactively making proposals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities through phone outreach and client visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Listen to clients' business needs and challenges.
• Propose IT solutions and services tailored to client needs.
• Support the process from planning and proposal development through implementation follow-up and aftercare.
• Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to coordinate client solutions.
• Maintain accurate client and sales activity records.
