Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts
• Provide customer service in Japanese and English
• Coordinate shipments with vendors and carriers
• Communicate with the Japan headquarters
• Process shipping and receiving orders
• Prepare shipping documentation
• Monitor inventory movements

• Support warehouse operations as needed
• Perform picking, packing, labeling, and inventory‑related tasks during training and when operationally required
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Professional‑level Japanese language proficiency
• Basic English communication skills
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Experience using Excel functions such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and PivotTable is highly preferred
• Customer service, logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs when necessary
• Willingness to work occasional overtime during peak seasons
