Revolution Medicines, a global oncology company, seeks a Manager, HR Operations, Japan to lead the HR Operations team, ensuring reliable employee services across the lifecycle, reporting to the Director, HR Japan and partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT.

You will drive scalable workflows, oversee vendors, monitor service metrics, and leverage technologies including AI to improve data quality and efficiency while guiding staff development and privacy compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Six years of progressive HR operations experience, including two years leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, data controls, and service delivery.
• Knowledge of Japanese employment requirements and data privacy practices.
• Experience managing projects, vendors, expenses, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical judgment.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Lead employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, changes, leave coordination, and offboarding, with timely service.
• Translate HR policies into procedures, controls, service standards, and teamwork plans.
• Manage HRIS workflows, data quality, reporting, and issue resolution with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate HR operations vendors, monitor service performance and expenses, address risks.
• Track service metrics and feedback; drive continuous improvement for quality and efficiency.
• Lead use of technology, including AI/automation, to simplify workflows and improve data quality.
• Represent HR Operations in cross-functional and regional/global projects and support adoption.
