Job summary

Revolution Medicines, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Medical Information, Japan to lead timely and evidence-based responses for HCPs, patients, and caregivers.

You will manage medical information content, vendor coordination, inquiry handling, training, and quality activities within the Japan Medical Affairs team. The role focuses on ensuring materials reflect the latest scientific data, supporting congress activities, and cross-functional collaboration with pipeline assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a related field within biotech/pharma.
• Proven experience in medical information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Japanese.
• Experience creating, reviewing and managing scientific content for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor data and inform decisions.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to medical information and safety reporting.
• Proficiency in medical information databases and content management systems.
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel ~10–20%.
• Experience with medical information vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develops, reviews and maintains medical information resources such as SRLs, CRLs, FAQs and guidance documents.
• Collaborates with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Biology and other stakeholders to gather insights.
• Ensures content is evidence-based and aligned with latest data.
• Manages unsolicited inquiries from HCPs, patients and caregivers with accurate, compliant responses.
• Participates in MLR processes to ensure materials support evidence-based communication.
• Monitors inquiry trends to identify operational improvements and inform strategy.
• Provides MI support for congresses, staffing booths and responding to inquiries.
• Maintains internal SOPs and processes for regulatory compliance.
• Trains MI call center vendors to deliver high-quality responses.
• Presents regular MI performance reports to senior management.
• Monitors scientific publications and trial data to inform MI content and strategy.
• Supports other MI projects as needed.
