Revolution Medicines Japan is seeking a Senior Manager, General Affairs & Workplace Operations to build and lead a safe, efficient, and employee-centered workplace in Japan. You will oversee office moves, facilities operations, fleet administration, and EHS programs, partnering with HR, IT, and Finance to support onboarding, events, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in general affairs, facilities management, workplace operations, EHS, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading office relocation, renovation, site-opening, or other cross-functional workplace projects.
• Practical experience in occupational health and safety, EHS, disaster preparedness, BCP, or risk management.

Responsabilités

• Lead office relocation, expansion, renovation, layout-change, and site-opening projects from planning through execution.
• Oversee daily workplace operations including facilities, equipment, supplies, mail, cleaning, security, access control, and visitor management.
• Manage company vehicle lease arrangements and related fleet administration.
• Oversee administration of company assets, corporate insurance, and related records.
• Partner with HR and IT to support onboarding/offboarding and workplace-related activities.
• Support internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Continuously improve the office environment and employee experience.
• Lead vendor selection, contract management, budgeting, and cost control.
