Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across product growth, growth marketing, data science, or growth strategy and operations.
• User-first approach turning local research into product priorities with measurable impact.
• Strong command of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels with rigorous experimentation.
• Practical performance marketing experience across audience, channel, creative, and measurement decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Japan GM to set a country growth plan with hypotheses, owners, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Use user research, funnel data, and competitive insight to identify local friction and prioritize opportunities.
• Run performance marketing tests with regional marketers across channels, assess CAC, LTV, payback to decide scale.
• Design and run experiments across onboarding, activation, repeat usage, re-engagement, and paid conversion; prototype and ship locally relevant experiences.
• Coordinate with regional Marketing and central media teams to brief audience, positioning, creative, and channel tests.
• Own the country growth scorecard across acquisition, retention, paid conversion, and unit economics.
• Lead growth cadence with GM and regional teams to align results and next steps.
• Build segmentation, lifecycle journeys, growth tooling, and experimentation capabilities for scale across markets.
