Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) in Greenville, NC is seeking a Zone Manager to lead the zone's cleaning and maintenance services, manage client and vendor relations, and ensure safe, compliant operations. Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in janitorial or building maintenance/services.
• Knowledge of OSHA and state/federal compliance standards.
• Experience staffing to meet defined budgets, crews, and customer relations.
• Ability to analyze area P&L and keep expenses within budget.
• Understanding of project management and related planning with clear progress updates.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships and service levels.
• Ability to hire, train, and manage staff performance including disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and vendor relationships for assigned accounts within zone.
• Perform monthly/quarterly visits with customer district and regional management to ensure satisfaction.
• Visit accounts as prescribed in portfolio and review audits and submit.
• Ensure buildings are properly supplied and respond to service calls within 2 hours.
• Create and maintain delivery plans, source and schedule vendors.
• Submit project dates to head office by required date.
• Provide backup crew work in emergency situations.
