Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is recruiting a Janitor to support cleaning and preservation tasks across client sites. The role offers full-time and part-time options with morning and afternoon shifts and weekly pay.

You will perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance as directed to meet client specifications. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas, handling trash, and using cleaning equipment safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 6 months janitorial experience.
• On the job training provided.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and manage waste according to site guidelines.
• Clean windows and glass partitions with appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet care.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedule and work with staff on site.
