Starting pay is $14 per hour with a 7am–12pm shift, full-time, permanent employment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.
• Customer service oriented with team motivation skills.
• Familiar with KBSPresence timekeeping software and app.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation.
• Provide direct support to maintenance and field operations teams.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas as needed.
• Follow the Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Coordinate shifts and coverage for daily schedules.
• Report progress and escalate issues to management.
