Job Description Summary

The Supervisor reports to the Senior Operations Manager and is responsible for activities under the guidance of the Account Manager or Account Director, including:

Responsibilities

1. Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees within the shift and assigned buildings, in accordance with company policies and laws.
2. Managing project activities and supervising the project crew.
3. Coordinating service activities for assigned buildings to meet contracted specifications.
4. Maintaining work schedules, including weekly payroll submissions.
5. Establishing and maintaining performance standards.
6. Conducting quality assurance checks, managing inventory, and equipment use, including key controls.
7. Providing snow removal services.
8. Resolving on-site service delivery issues.
9. Participating in management and technical training, including safety programs.
10. Conducting new employee orientations and developing skills.
11. Setting up conference rooms and internal moves as needed.
12. Maintaining effective customer relations.
13. Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of supervisory experience with knowledge of cleaning practices.
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
3. Experience in managing site accounts, including work scheduling, standards, evaluations, inventory, budgeting, employee evaluations, troubleshooting, safety training, customer relations, payroll, and projects.
