This role requires at least a High School Diploma and a minimum of two years in custodial services, preferably supervisory, with strong communication and leadership skills. On-site position with growth opportunities in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in custodial services, supervisory preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and obtain required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Direct janitorial operations and quality control to meet standards.
• Inspect completed work and equipment for cleanliness and safety.
• Lead and train staff; manage schedules and performance.
• Prepare and maintain required documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with project manager and adhere to Didlake policies.
