Job summary

ABM is seeking a dedicated janitorial supervisor to oversee daily operations and a cleaning crew across multiple client sites. You will maintain client relationships, ensure service quality, and lead on-site teams with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to various sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supervising employees.
• Experience in commercial cleaning industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to multiple work sites.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with a positive customer service orientation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client liaisons and ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide leadership and be available for emergency and off-hour support.
• Promote a strong safety culture and train staff on PPE and safe movement practices.
• Plan and assign work schedules to meet service delivery expectations.
• Ensure timely responses to client-reported emergency cleaning situations.
• Train staff on building and property security protocols at each client location.
• Train staff on ABM standard cleaning methods and non-standard protocols.
• Train staff to properly store cleaning supplies and maintain SDS/OSHA compliance.
