Job summary

Allegiance Industries is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to lead an assigned building/area, ensure cleanliness to contract standards, and supervise custodial teams on a rotating weekday and weekend schedule in a manufacturing facility.

The role requires 1+ years of supervisory experience in custodial operations, strong time management, and proven ability to train staff, motivate teams, and maintain excellent client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building/area.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising functions and activities of the department.
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations.
• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain their needs and requirements as related to the custodial contract.
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned.
