Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in New Orleans, LA is seeking a 2nd shift janitorial associate to maintain clean, safe facilities. You will perform routine cleaning of restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas, with duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and stocking supplies.

The role requires passing background checks and drug screening, and physical ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 40lbs. Uniforms and PPE provided by the company.

Job Skills / Requirements

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week

• 2nd shift: 1:15pm-9:45pm

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

• $14.50/hr

Job duties :

Responsible for the cleanliness of restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets

• Routine building cleaning
• Restroom cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Stocking supply rooms

Requirements:

• Pass background checks and drug screening
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories
