Job summary

4M Building Solutions in Missouri is hiring a part-time supervisor to lead a cleaning crew in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise and coordinate the team, plan schedules, coach and train staff, implement company standards, and ensure safety and efficiency while maintaining client satisfaction.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 and benefits for eligible team members, with daily pay available and opportunities for advancement through hands-on training and supportive

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some supervisory experience is preferred.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
