Job summary

4M Building Solutions in Alabama is seeking a Janitorial Account Supervisor. The role pays $21.00 per hour and runs 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, supervising cleaning teams and coordinating daily work.

You will coach staff, implement 4M standards, resolve client issues, maintain records, and promote a safe, efficient work environment. Growth opportunities exist within a dynamic, respected company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some supervisory experience is preferred.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Reliable Transportation.
