Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a part-time team member to supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities, coach staff, and ensure safety and efficiency. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am, with an hourly rate of $18.00. Requirements include being at least 18, some supervisory experience, and a background check. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some supervisory experience is preferred.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Reliable transportation and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate work activities of the team.
• Plan and prepare teamwork schedules.
