Job summary

4M Building Solutions in the United States is seeking a part-time supervisor to lead a cleaning team during evening/early night shifts. You will oversee daily activities, coach staff, plan schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards while hands-on cleaning with your team.

The role offers training and growth opportunities with a stable, recognized employer. The position is 5 hours per day (11:00 am–4:00 pm) at $19.00 per hour, with a drug screen and background check required; 18+ age,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some supervisory experience is preferred.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
