• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities.

Job description

CYNWAVE Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable, experienced janitorial staff. The employee is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and orderly environment throughout assigned facilities. The position performs routine cleaning, sanitation, minor maintenance, and other custodial duties while following company policies, safety procedures, and applicable facility requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Summary:

The janitorial staff mustbe able tocomplete all tasks and provide consistent, timely updates to the Supervisor.

Qualifications/Certifications:

• Communicate effectively in English speaking and writing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Duties:

• Maintain adequate cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
• Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, maintenance issues, leaks, or other facility concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Must be able to push a cleaning cart with supplies.
• Ability to lift and carry 15lbs or more.
